Completing a restoration of the Piedmont Airlines’ Potomac Pacemaker is a massive undertaking, which will require substantial resources to complete. The N.C. Transportation Museum Foundation, a 501(c)3 that provides supplemental funding for the N.C. Transportation Museum, has provided seed money to begin this project, and is launching a campaign to raise funds, through individual donations, grants and corporate sponsorships, to complete the restoration.
